We strive to display products accurately on our website with detailed specifications, images, videos and content. However, products may vary slightly from their images. The colors you see depend on your monitor type and settings. We cannot guarantee an exact color match. All sizes, capacities, dimensions and weights quoted are approximate. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display accessory compatibility, but cannot guarantee perfect fit with all vehicles and equipment. Please read descriptions carefully before purchase. We reserve the right to correct any unintentional errors in specifications and pricing.
Product Pricing and Availability
All prices on products, delivery and services are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability may change due to supply issues or product improvements and upgrades. We cannot guarantee continued availability of any particular product. Sale pricing valid while supplies last.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse service without prior notice if your order appears fraudulent or improperly priced. Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify acceptance of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted once we verify payment and ship the order.
We may require supplementary information if you wish to purchase large quantities of product. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will contact you using the information provided during checkout. You agree to abide by any order limits on products that we may impose from time to time.
We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or unprocessed orders at any time in the event of errors, problems with inventory, pricing, payment processing, fraud detection or any other issues causing suspicion. We generally ship orders within 24 business hours of receiving cleared payment. You will be notified of any cancellations via the email associated with your account. Cancelled orders are refunded in full within 3-5 business days.
Sales Tax
If you purchase products on this website, sales tax is added where required by law depending upon delivery location. Taxes are calculated based upon billing address and applicable tax rates.
Shipping and Delivery
We provide shipping cost estimates at checkout based upon delivery location. Actual shipping costs are calculated at order processing and may differ from estimates. All orders are shipped using common carriers. We are unfortunately unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
We ship most orders within 1 business day of receiving payment. Delivery dates displayed at checkout and on your Order Confirmation represent our estimate for when your order is likely to arrive based on stock availability, order volume, and transit time. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Title and risk of loss transfers to you upon our shipment to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries after handover to the carrier. Please inspect deliveries promptly upon arrival and document any external damage or shortages with the carrier at delivery before signing. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receipt to report any intact shipping damage issues or shortages. We will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.
If items are returned to us after incorrect or refused delivery due to the provided address being incomplete or inaccurate, you may be charged additional reshipping fees.
Returns and Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return most unused products in new condition within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note custom or engraved products are excluded from returns.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be displayed on the return shipping label. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend retaining proof of return shipment until your refund is issued.
Refunds are generally issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. You will be notified by email when the refund is processed. We reserve the right to decline refunds for used, damaged or missing items. Exchanges are not available at this time.

Product Warranties
We offer limited warranties on our products. Warranty terms, coverages, limitations, exclusions and instructions are specific to each product line. Please review your product warranty card for details or contact us. Repair or replacement is at our discretion.
If you believe your product is defective or qualifies for warranty repair, contact our customer service team for troubleshooting assistance and warranty service options. Proof of purchase is required.
Any modifications, alterations, installations, or attachments to the original product void the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic damage that does not affect function is not covered. We cannot guarantee warranty repair availability after the warranty period expires.
Account Registration
You have the option to register for an account on our website. Keep your account password confidential. You are responsible for all account activity. Your account provides access to order history and stored personal information. You can manage account email, password and settings through your account dashboard. Let us know immediately if your account security is compromised. We are not liable for any unauthorized access or use.
Payments

If your payment fails or charges are declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If any products have already been shipped at the time payment is declined, you remain liable for the purchase amount plus any additional fees. Outstanding balances must be resolved before future orders can proceed.
